歡迎使用 Tentory 露營記(以下稱「本 App」)。註冊或使用本 App,即表示你同意受本服務條款約束。若你不同意,請勿使用本 App。

1. 資格

你須年滿 13 歲(或你所在地區法律要求的較高年齡)方可使用本 App。使用本 App 即表示你聲明符合此條件。

2. 你的帳號

你須對帳號的活動及所提供資料的正確性負責,並妥善保管登入方式。你可隨時於「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除帳號。

3. 使用者內容

你在本 App 建立的紀錄、心得、照片與貼文(以下稱「使用者內容」)之權利仍歸你所有。你授予本 App 為營運、顯示與備份服務所必要、非專屬、免權利金之使用授權;此授權於你刪除內容或帳號後即終止(既有備份與快取除外)。你須對自己的使用者內容負責,並確保擁有分享該內容(含其中人物影像)所需之權利與同意。

4. 內容規範:對冒犯內容與濫用行為零容忍

本 App 對冒犯性內容(objectionable content)與濫用行為(abusive behavior)採零容忍政策。

你同意不張貼、上傳或分享下列內容,亦不從事下列行為:

騷擾、霸凌、威脅、仇恨言論或針對他人的攻擊。
色情、露骨、暴力、血腥或其他令人反感的內容。
非法內容,或侵害他人智慧財產、隱私或其他權利之內容。
未經同意散布他人個人資料或影像。
垃圾訊息、詐騙、假冒他人或惡意行為。

5. 檢舉、封鎖與審核

你可透過 App 內功能檢舉冒犯內容並封鎖濫用者。
公開或分享的照片會經自動內容審核;經判定不當者不會進入公開層。
我們會在收到檢舉後24 小時內審視並處置違規內容(移除內容並在必要時停權違規者)。
我們保留自行判斷移除內容、限制或終止帳號之權利。

6. 交易

告示牌的求售/求購為使用者間的資訊媒合,本 App 不經手金流、不擔保交易。交易風險由雙方自行承擔。

7. 服務「按現狀」提供

本 App 依「現狀」與「現有」基礎提供,不對可用性、正確性或適合特定目的作任何明示或默示擔保。在法律允許之最大範圍內,對因使用或無法使用本 App 所生之任何間接、附帶或衍生損害,我們不負賠償責任。

8. 終止

你違反本條款時,我們得暫停或終止你的帳號。你亦可隨時自行刪除帳號。

9. 準據法

本條款以中華民國(台灣)法律為準據法。

Welcome to Tentory (the "App"). By registering for or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age required by the laws of your region) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account.

3. User content

You retain your rights to the records, journals, photos, and posts you create ("User Content"). You grant the App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and back up your User Content solely to operate the service; this license ends when you delete the content or your account (except for existing backups and caches). You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights and consents needed to share it (including images of other people).

4. Content standards: zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

The App has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You agree not to post, upload, or share the following, and not to engage in the following behavior:

Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or attacks on others.
Pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, gory, or otherwise objectionable content.
Illegal content, or content that infringes others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Sharing another person's personal data or images without consent.
Spam, scams, impersonation, or malicious activity.

5. Reporting, blocking & moderation

You can report objectionable content and block abusive users using in-app tools.
Public and shared photos undergo automated content moderation; content flagged as inappropriate does not reach the public layer.
We will review and act on reported violations within 24 hours — removing content and, where necessary, suspending offending users.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove content and restrict or terminate accounts.

6. Transactions

The marketplace (sale/wanted posts) is user-to-user information matching only. The App does not handle payments or guarantee transactions. Transaction risk is borne by the parties involved.

7. Service provided "as is"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
