刪除帳號

本頁說明如何刪除你的 Tentory 帳號與相關資料。你可以在 App 內自助刪除;若你已無法使用 App(例如已解除安裝或無法登入),也可以透過電子郵件向我們提出刪除申請。

方式一:在 App 內自助刪除

開啟 Tentory,前往「設定 → 刪除帳號」,依畫面指示完成刪除。這是最快的方式,刪除會立即進行。

方式二:無法使用 App 時,以電子郵件申請

請寄信至 support@tentory.app,主旨註明「刪除帳號」,並說明你註冊 Tentory 時使用的登入方式(Email、Apple 或 Google)。

為保護帳號安全,客服會先驗證你對該帳號的控制權(例如請你以該帳號的登入電子郵件寄出申請,或回覆我們寄至該信箱的確認信),確認後才會進行刪除。

請不要在信中提供密碼、一次性驗證碼或身分證件。我們絕不會要求這些資料,驗證只透過你對登入信箱的控制權進行。

刪除的範圍

帳號刪除後,你的帳號、露營紀錄、裝備、照片、追蹤關係、市集貼文、留言與詢問訊息將被永久移除,且無法復原。

例外情形:基於社群安全與稽核需要,他人針對相關內容的檢舉處理紀錄(不含你的帳號識別)可能保留;部分服務供應商的維運日誌與備份快取可能依其政策短暫保留。

只刪除部分資料(保留帳號)

你不需要刪除整個帳號,也可以隨時移除個別資料。以下操作都在 App 內完成,刪除立即生效:

• 單筆露營紀錄:開啟該筆紀錄 →「編輯」→「刪除」。連同該筆的評比、心得與照片一併移除。
• 單張照片:在紀錄或裝備的編輯畫面點照片上的移除鈕,存檔後生效。
• 裝備:裝備頁開啟該件 →「刪除」。過去紀錄中的使用次數不受影響。
• 市集刊登與求購貼文:於刊登頁「下架」,即從市集移除。
• 留言:在自己的留言上點「刪除留言」。
• 取消公開分享:紀錄編輯畫面把「開放設定」改回「自己」,該筆即從探索與露友動態撤下。
• 公開個人頁項目:「設定 → 公開個人頁」關閉頭銜、統計、足跡或徽章,關閉後該欄位會從公開頁實際移除。

若你無法使用 App,也可以依上方「方式二」來信說明要移除的內容,我們驗證帳號控制權後代為處理。

Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your Tentory account and associated data. You can delete your account yourself in the App; if you can no longer use the App (for example, it has been uninstalled or you cannot sign in), you can also request deletion by email.

Option 1: Delete in the App

Open Tentory, go to Settings → Delete account, and follow the on-screen steps. This is the fastest way — deletion happens immediately.

Option 2: Request by email if you cannot use the App

Email support@tentory.app with the subject "Delete account" and tell us which sign-in method you used for Tentory (Email, Apple, or Google).

To protect account security, our support team will first verify that you control the account (for example, by asking you to send the request from the account's sign-in email address, or to reply to a confirmation message we send to that address) before proceeding with deletion.

Please do not include your password, one-time verification codes, or identity documents in your email. We will never ask for them; verification is done only through your control of the sign-in email address.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, camping records, gear, photos, follow relationships, marketplace posts, comments, and inquiry messages. This cannot be undone.

Exceptions: for community-safety and audit purposes, moderation records of reports concerning related content (without your account identifiers) may be retained; some service providers' operational logs and backup caches may be briefly retained per their policies.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. All of the following are done in the App and take effect immediately:

• A single camping record: open it → Edit → Delete. Its ratings, note, and photos go with it.
• A single photo: tap the remove button on the photo in the record or gear editor, then save.
• Gear: open the item in Gear → Delete. Usage counts in past records are unaffected.
• Marketplace listings and wanted posts: remove them from the listing page.
• Comments: tap “Delete comment” on your own comment.
• Un-share a record: set its sharing setting back to “Only me” and it is withdrawn from Explore and friends' feeds.
• Public profile items: Settings → Public profile page, turn off title, stats, footprint, or badges — the field is actually removed from your public page.

If you can no longer use the App, email us as described in Option 2 above and we will do it for you once we have verified control of the account.
